The next edition of the Castellón International Festival of Party Music will be held between March 7 and 10, 2024, within the framework of the Magdalena festivities, with which the city commemorates the transfer of the old town, located next to the Castell Vell, on the hill of La Magdalena, to the plain. This occurred more than seven hundred and seventy years ago.
Without a doubt, the International Festival of Party Music is one of the events that has the greatest support among the inhabitants of Castellón, and for more than thirty years they have seen groups from all over the world parade through its streets carrying the sound of the festivals of their countries of origin.
Recently, the President of the Municipal Festival Board, Noelia Selma, has appointed the members of the Festival Board, a collaborating body whose functions include the organization of festive events. Within this large team, a coordinating team has also been established that will be headed by Jesús Medrano and Enrique Masó, who already have notable experience in organizing previous editions of the festival.
Medrano and Masó, who will have the support of other members of the Festival Board, have already begun contacts with different people, institutions and organizations with the aim of configuring a program that reflects, for yet another year, how the festival is experienced the length and breadth of the world.
One more year, the Castellón Municipal Band will act as host group for the rest of the musicians who will gather in the city starting on March 7.
